I’m glad you are here. You have taken the hardest step already…acknowledging that there is something in your life right now that is not going as well as you would like it to go.


I specialize in helping people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and overall life stressors. I enjoy pulling from a variety of different therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and highlighting the benefit of using mindfulness tools and skills to support the overall therapeutic process.


The best thing about therapy, is that it can look exactly how you want/need it to look. Your time with me is your time to be the person that you want/need to be, in a safe space, and to have someone who is team YOU. The work that we do together is defined by your goals, and your journey, and the growth is determined by you, and you alone.
